Shipping Policy


When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers’ tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

We ship to the following countries

Tech Brand Store ships to the following countries:
Pakistan, UAE, Canada and USA.

Delivery within Pakistan
We are partnered with Leopard, Bykea and Daewoo Cargo. Delivery within Karachi on same day on order placed before 2PM (Working Days.) upon availability of stock within Karachi. Otherwise it may take maximum 1-2 working days on small items and 2-4 working days on big items.

Other than Karachi, all Pakistan deliveries may take 2-4 working days.

Shipping on any products purchased on Credit or Debit cards.

If customer place order on Tech Brand Store website or over the call and pay the invoice through website or payment link provided by sales team, customer must share the masked copy of Credit/Debit card along with the photo ID on [email protected] after successful transection before shipping/delivery.

Delivery outside Pakistan

We have partnered with DHL to do international shipments to our customers on above mentioned countries. Estimated delivery time 4-8 working days.

Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.
